Hi redskull, could you please update Shoulders mobility, pike head & toe, front split and bridge from the Mobility Toolkit? It seems like there aren't any program designs for these workouts for beginners. Only exercise drills are shown, but how do we program these into workouts based on our assessment? It seems like it is missing? Thanks in advance.

Hey! They updated the strcuture for a few modules, they made the assessments done through their team, where you send them pictures and stuff then they send you the program.

You can use the program builder general module, it will show you how to do the same.

That said, I'm waiting for them to send us the normal program builder that doesn't require their help
